Processing Times
Orders are processed in the order they are received and typically take 1-2 business days to prepare for shipment. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs and budget. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. We offer free shipping on orders over RM100 for domestic orders.
- DHLecommerce (Express Shipping Domestic): Estimated 2-4 business days (domestic).
- FEDex (Express Shipping Worldwide): Estimated 3-5 business days (Asia) / 4-7 days (Other than Asia). Express shipping rate is expensive and we recommend buying up to 10-20 packs to even out the rates.
International Shipping
Uncang Tea ships internationally! Please be aware that international shipping times can vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.
Shipping Liability
Uncang Tea will ship your order according to the method you select at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. In the case of lost or damaged packages, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened or perishable items.
