Uncang Tea Return Policy for tea Products

We want you to love your Uncang Tea tea products! However, if you are not satisfied after receiving the shipment for a valid reason, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your herbal tea products must be:

  • photo attachment as proof via email uncangtea@gmail.com
  • approved reason for returning the purchase.

To return your herbal tea products, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at via to request a return authorization number (RAN).
  2. Pack your herbal tea products securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation in the package.
  4. Write the RAN on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the warehouse address provided in email of return approval.

We will process your return and issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving your package.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns of opened products due to hygiene issue.
  • We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If you return your herbal tea products without an RAN, we may not be able to process your return.

No Refund Policy for Online Gift Voucher Purchase

All gift voucher purchases made online are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all gift vouchers, regardless of their value, expiration date, or whether they have been used or not.
